Fall Festival October 31st

Hey everyone,

I hope you are enjoying the fall weather. I would say that between now and Christmas is my favorite time of the year. We are going to have a great fall at the Summit this year. We are gearing up for the Fall Festival. Please jump in and help us with this outreach event for our community.
Pastor Terry Fox

Our annual Fall Festival is coming soon! On October 31, we will be having lots of fun activities for our community families. Start inviting lots of family and friends to come enjoy the jump house, the petting zoo, hay ride, fun games, family photos, cupcake/cookie walk, popcorn, snow cones, and trunk or treat. Sign up in the foyer to help. We are going to need as many people as possible to help with registration, concessions, games, face-painting, and all the activities. We even need some people to be willing to give the other workers breaks. Pray for people to be saved, and to be open to the gospel. Every family will be given a church brochure with the plan of salvation. This will give us an opportunity to show our community that we care about them and we are here to minister to them.

We are going to set up the booths and games for the Fall Festival on Sunday, October 28th right after church. If you can, please plan to stay and help us get ready for an awesome Fall Festival on October 31.

How can I help with the Fall Festival?

Help with registration
Help make lemonade and serve it
Help run a game
Bring lots of cupcakes and cookies for the cupcake/cookie walk
We need hundreds of bottles of pop (1 liter or 2 liter), please bring some
Put together a basket that will be given away in a drawing. We would like to have baskets for women, men, and children.
Participate in Trunk or Treat – We need people to volunteer to decorate their trunks (nothing scary please). The Trunk or Treat activity will only be at the end from 8 to 8:30 p.m. so even if you are doing a game, you can close your game and go to man your car for Trunk or Treat. Bring lots of candy for your car. If you participate in Trunk or Treat, we will have a special place for you to park. Please do not open your trunk until 8 p.m.
If you are not using your car for Trunk or Treat, please park as far away as possible to make space for our visitors.
